Coronavirus - Croydon Council will be following government advice, and there is currently no amendment to the management of parking restrictions and traffic orders - all the rules and regulations apply as normal, until such a time as the government make alternative recommendations.
You cannot appeal by phone. Parking legislation states that all appeals must be made in writing (which includes online).
If you think your ticket was issued incorrectly you can submit your appeal online. This is the quickest and easiest way to receive instant advice about appealing your ticket. Alternatively you can email your appeal to us at email@example.com and should include your pcn reference number and residential address.
Once you start the online process we will show you photos of how your vehicle was parked (it may take up to 24 hours before photographic evidence is available online).
You will need the following information to appeal against your ticket:
- the 10 digit reference at the top of your ticket (PCN) starting with CR...
- your vehicle registration number
If you have a ticket with a reference number that begins with "A" the ticket relates to an environmental crime. You cannot appeal or a make a payment on this page. For information on these types of notice, visit our environmental payments page.
