We have formally adopted the Residents' Charter, which sets out our commitment to engage with you in a meaningful, open and transparent way.
We are working closely with the Resident Working Group to inform the design and logistical planning of the project and we intend to provide a host of events to the estate on a regular basis. We share the dates and times of events through newsletters to the estate by sending text messages to residents.
Our officers have worked with the Resident Working Group to develop an engagement strategy for Regina Road which outlines our approach to engaging with the residents within the estate project boundary and the communities surrounding the direct development area.
