Rubbish and recycling bin collections
There are currently delays to bin collections due to HGV driver shortages. Find out more about waste and recycling collection problems.
Your collection may be later than usual. If your collection is missed, leave your bins at your normal collection point. We will try to return, but you may have to wait until your next scheduled collection. Thank you for your patience.
Bin Presentation dispute
Please note: If your bin non-presentation dispute has not been reported within 2 working days of your collection date you will not receive a response and will need to wait until your next collection date.

Due to high demand for new bins we ask that you remain patient whilst your order is being processed. We are currently working to reduce wait times.
