For each of the topics below, the monitoring report assesses whether the policies and targets in the local plan are being met
- Croydon's stock of industrial and warehousing premises and the changes to floor space and vacancy rates in industrial locations

- The number of homes built in the borough, the provision of affordable homes and the provision of homes of different sizes
- The five year supply of housing land and land for Gypsy and Traveller pitches
