Home Library Service

If you are unable to access a library then the Home Library Service will come to you.

What is the Home Library Service?

The Home Library Service is a free service offered to Croydon residents who are unable to visit their local library.

We carefully select books, audiobooks, DVDs or CDs to suit your needs. All items are delivered to your door, direct from the library.

Deliveries take place every 6 weeks.

Who Can Use the Service?

This service is offered to Croydon residents who are:

  • children or adults with ill health, reduced mobility or a disability
  • elderly

Residents are eligible for this service whether they live in their own home, in sheltered accommodation or are in residential care.

How do I apply?

Please get in touch with us for more information. We will make arrangements based on your requirements and start delivering our service to you.
