We are suspending all face-to-face interviews with the Homeless and Housing Needs Service during the coronavirus outbreak.
Please do not come into Access Croydon, as you will not be seen. Your appointment will be by phone. We will attempt to call you at your chosen appointment time, but cannot guarantee this. If your situations changes in the meantime or you require urgent help or support then please telephone 020 8726 6000
Use the self-help tool if you have been asked to leave your accommodation or you are at risk of losing your home. This is not an application for social or council housing. If you wish to apply for social or council housing check if you are eligible to go on to the council’s housing register.
When you are finished, we will give you a plan which tells you what to do next.

- details of any savings
It should take around 15 minutes to complete.
