Homelessness

Our priority is to help you avoid becoming homeless. Find advice and support information if you're worried about becoming homeless, or are already homeless. We have an appointment-only service for housing assessments.

Housing Benefit

Find out if you qualify for Housing Benefit, make a new claim, and get information about overpayments.

Emergency support

If you live in Croydon and are in financial hardship, you can apply to the discretionary support fund for emergency support as well as apply for a Budgeting Loan and get an advance on your first Universal Credit payment.
