Regina Road resident working group

We have set up a resident working group. There are leasehold, freehold and tenant representatives on the group. The group is administered by the ITLA service.

Time commitment

This is an ongoing commitment as the group will meet every two weeks for an hour and a half. Our meetings are focussed on the future design and the logistical planning of the project. Anyone who lives in the consultation area can apply to join. Residents will be provided with training and supported by the Independent Tenant and Leaseholder Adviser (ITLA).

If you do not want to commit to the working group or are not selected for a place

We know that working group membership is not for everyone. When the group is established, we will work with them to create an engagement structure of sub groups who can support the steering group in their activity. We will also be running estate wide engagement, which we will keep all residents informed of, so you can get involved in a way that suits you.
