What is the Landlord Accreditation Scheme?
The London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS) is a development course that provides you with the knowledge to maintain your property to a high standard and enable you to provide good quality housing to your tenants.

How long is the course?
The Landlord Accreditation Scheme is a one-day development course.
How long does the accreditation last?
Five years. You must maintain your knowledge and keep up-to-date with the law. Attendance at the annual London landlord's day event, local landlords' forum and additional training events etc. will count towards re-accreditation as will membership of a recognised landlords' organisation.
What does it cost?
£110 is the standard fee, but if you book online at London Landlords website it will only cost you £79.90, saving you 25%.
