Public Notice in respect of the London Borough of Croydon's Additional Licensing and Selective Licensing Schemes.

Public Notice

This notice should be read together with the Notices of Designation published on 27 March 2026 in respect of the London Borough of Croydon's Additional Licensing and Selective Licensing Schemes.

The commencement date referred to in the notices has been amended from 1st September 2026 to 25th September 2026 pursuant to a decision of the Corporate Director of Housing made on 9th July 2026 under delegated authority granted by Cabinet.
The designation remains in force in all other respects, and the designated area is unchanged.
