Welcome to resident involvement

If you are a Croydon Council tenant, leaseholder or live on a council estate, resident involvement helps us to understand what you think about the housing services you receive from us.

Listening to and acting on what you tell us about your homes, neighbourhoods and housing services provides us with valuable insights, helping us to make things better where you live.

How you can help

Getting involved is not just about attending meetings, you can engage with us online, over the phone or by post. There are many ways you can make a difference, including:

  • Estate walkabouts
  • Mystery shopping
  • Taking part in focus groups
  • Doing a quick survey

We don't want anything to stop you from getting involved. That’s why we offer training, cover travel, childcare, and carer costs and ensure our venues and facilities are accessible to everyone. We can also provide British Sign Language interpreters or other support if needed.
