Important update about Dartmouth house water supply

We are aware that Dartmouth House has been without water since the weekend. The issue has been traced to a cable fault in the under the highway affecting the power supply that operates the water pumps, lifts, and security gates. UK Power Networks are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, Wates (our repairs contractor) are providing a rolling supply of bottled water to residents. If you need additional water, please contact the number provided in your resident letter.

Our tenancy team has carried out door-to-door visits to check on all residents, particularly anyone who may be vulnerable or require further assistance.

We are:

  • Working closely with UK Power Networks, who expect to restore power tomorrow.
  • Coordinating support and communications between the tenancy team, call centre, and contractors.
  • Providing regular updates as the situation progresses.
