What you should do if you are asked to leave your current home

If you are asked to leave your current home, do not leave the property. Seek advice by completing our housing self help tool.

Please be aware that:

• your landlord must follow a legal process to evict you
• we can help support you to stay in your home
• if you do leave before you need to, you could affect your housing rights

If we cannot prevent your homelessness, we can help support you to find a new home.
