Directors remuneration and management costs

We must be open with tenants about how we use money. This is a requirement of the Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard.

We publish information about:

  • how much we pay our directors (their pay)
  • management costs
  • how these costs compare to the number of homes we manage

We also follow the Local Government Transparency Code. This means we publish key information such as:

  • financial data
  • procurement activity
  • decision-making records

This helps people understand what we do and hold us to account.
