Directors remuneration and management costs
We must be open with tenants about how we use money. This is a requirement of the Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard.
We publish information about:
- how much we pay our directors (their pay)
- management costs
- how these costs compare to the number of homes we manage
We also follow the Local Government Transparency Code. This means we publish key information such as:
- financial data
- procurement activity
- decision-making records
This helps people understand what we do and hold us to account.
