Improving Access to Psychological Therapies
Croydon's Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) and Wellbeing Service provides free, confidential face-to-face and online therapy for people experiencing low to moderate depression or anxiety.
You can self-refer for help to deal with a range of difficulties such as low mood, stress, sleep problems, health anxiety, and general depression or anxiety. The service also offers support and guidance to help people adjust to a diagnosis for a physical long-term condition, manage their health condition better, and to deal with related anxiety or low mood.
If you wish to self-refer to this service, call 020 3228 4040, or visit https://slam-iapt.nhs.uk/croydon/welcome-to-croydon-iapt/
