We are running a series of face to face and online events about domestic energy issues during the winter months.
Croydon Healthy Homes is a free energy advice service aimed at residents in private sector housing. It helps residents heat their homes and reduce their fuel bills by providing advice and support. This includes:
- Helping residents access grant funding for home energy improvements (home owners and private renters)
- Advice about using heating controls, and appliances in their home efficiently. Advice about meters and avoiding condensation (home owners and private renters)
- Advice on energy tariffs, bills and debt (any Croydon resident)

Monday 30th January
Online Workshop: Managing high winter energy bills
A workshop for Croydon residents, which includes an explanation of the energy price cap, support available through energy companies and tips on how best to engage with energy suppliers.

Online Workshop: Energy efficiency advice and condensation
A workshop for Croydon residents providing advice on how to reduce your energy use without needing to turn down your heating, and how reduce the risk of condensation.

Thursday 2nd February
Energy Awareness training sessions for front-line staff and volunteers
A free training session for people who work or volunteer with low income and vulnerable Croydon residents, who could benefit from advice and support managing their energy bills and energy use in their home.

Online Workshop: Domestic energy grants
A workshop for Croydon home owners and private tenants to help them identify if their homes would benefit from energy upgrades. The session will provide an explanation of the grant funding currently available for lower income households
