Published Admission Number for 2017/18 and 2018/19 Academic Years
In 2013, Croydon experienced a 5% drop in birth rate and consequently has seen a drop in demand for Reception places. This has resulted in a higher than necessary level of surplus places in some of the educational planning areas across the borough. One of the areas affected by this is the North West primary planning area, where Norbury Manor Primary School is situated.
As a result, Croydon Council, as the Admissions Authority, applied to the Office for the Schools’ Adjudicator (OSA) to seek approval of the reduction in Norbury Manor Primary School’s PAN from 90 to 60 for the 2017/18 & 2018/19 academic years. This proposal has been agreed by the OSA and as a result, Norbury Manor Primary School will operate with a Published Admission Number (PAN) of 60 for the 2017/18 and 2018/19 Reception in-take.
