Croydon care experienced: young people strategy 2023 to 2025

Our 3-year care leaver strategy aimed to help improve the services young people receive when leaving care.

This strategy outlines how we plan to develop services, and access to care, to support young people to successfully transition into adulthood. It includes responses from young people around themes such as:

  • commitment
  • togetherness
  • listening to the voices who work closely with them
  • our need to deliver better services, especially housing

Over the 3 years, the strategy will provide insights into the improvements required to inform the learning into each year.
