The Mayor welcomes invitations to events held by local organisations and groups in the borough. If you would like to invite the Mayor to an event please complete this form.
Please note that we require a minimum of 14 working days' notice for all engagements, and it is important to consider that the mayor’s schedule can get fully booked months in advance.
Sometimes it will not be possible for the Mayor to attend. When this is the case, the invitation may be passed to the deputy Mayor or a Cabinet Member as appropriate.
