The Croydon Renewal Improvement Plan (CRP) builds on our new priorities and ways of working. It brings together over 400 recommendations with the support of external expert advisors.
To make sure that we are delivering the actions in the CRP, we have a corporate performance framework. This makes sure that everyone helps to check our services, finances, and risks with the use of performance management.
Reports
Performance is reported to Cabinet every two months in the Finance, Performance & Risk report.
