Contact us for free using British Sign Language (BSL)
If you are a BSL user, you can use Convo to connect to us via an interpreter for free. Just log in to the Convo app on iOS, Android, or a web browser and find us in the community directory. When you call, the interpreter may confirm who you want to get in touch with.
To download the App for Apple or Android or sign in using the website, visit Convo.
First-time users will be asked to register once. This keeps your account secure and allows us to return your call if needed using your unique code.

You can also use Convo for face-to-face appointments with us. When booking your appointment, please tell us you’d like to use Convo. We will arrange for you to be connected to an online BSL Interpreter who will talk to the person your appointment is with and sign their responses to you.
