Getting responses

You should tell us about any responses you get to your letter.

We will also let you know about any responses we receive too. These will remain confidential, so we will not tell you who said what unless your neighbours have said we can.

If there are objections

If there are a few objections you may decide to go ahead with the application but you should think about what you could do to resolve the concerns.

If your neighbours are not generally in favour it is probably the wrong time to go ahead.

Responding to feedback

You should listen and try to respond constructively. Remember, there may be issues might not have thought of and dealing with these early on can only make your play street better.

You can contact the Children and Families Partnership team if you have any concerns.
