Report a Blue Badge lost, stolen, or damaged
Request a replacement for a Blue Badge that has been lost, stolen or damaged.
You must report a lost or stolen Blue Badge as soon as possible. You can do so either online or via a paper form.
For stolen Blue Badges, we recommend you inform the police to get a crime reference number.

You can request a paper form by calling 0208 726 7100. Select option 1 for parking, then option 4 for travel services.
Preventing Blue Badge theft
To help prevent Blue Badge fraud, you can apply for a Companion Badge. These are a type of parking permit issued to Blue Badge holders' vehicles in Croydon.
