East Croydon: streets improvements
Two phases of projects to improve the streets around the east Croydon area.
Initially, projects to complete phase one of works around East Croydon station including George Street.
Phase two projects will extend the public realm improvements to the east and west of the station along Cherry Orchard Road and Dingwall Road which includes connecting with the Menta development between the new station footbridge and Cherry Orchard Road.
Public realm improvements associated with the redevelopment of East Croydon station and the Brighton mainline upgrade.
Improvements will be made to the following streets:
- Dingwall Road
- Lansdown Road
- George Street
- Addiscombe Road
- Cherry Orchard Road
- Billinton Hill
