Brownfield land register
Croydon's register of brownfield land suitable for residential development.
Every local planning authority in England is required to maintain a register of brownfield land (Excel, 202KB).
The Register contains all previously developed land in Croydon that:
- has an area of at least 0.25 hectares or is capable of supporting at least 5 dwellings;
- is suitable for residential development;
- is available for residential development; and
- Where residential development is achievable
