How we develop and improve services with and for the people of Croydon.
Age UK Croydon (AUKC) and Croydon Voluntary Action (CVA) lead the Locality Commissioning Model (LCM) which has been set up to deliver on the aims of the Healthy Communities Together programme. For more information about the programme, read Creating Healthy Communities Together with The Kings Fund.
The LCM will administer funds across Croydon’s 6 localities, inviting bids from local voluntary and community sector (VCS) organisations. This model of commissioning is owned and led by the VCS.
Provision commissioned from the LCM will be focused on outcomes developed by the local community partners who have formulated clear plans to address the needs of local communities. Read more information about the 6 locality partnerships.
