Leaseholder service charge

When you receive your service charge invoice you must pay it within 28 days. You must include your invoice number on any payment so ensure you have that it ready.

Use the following link and select 'Housing service charge. You will need your invoice number shown on the front of the invoice or letter.

Pay by telephone

You can make a debit or credit card payment over the phone by calling 0345 3000 614 (calls charged at 7p per minute, mobile charges may differ). Choose the ‘housing service charge’ option (option 7).

Pay by post

Cheques should be made payable to Croydon Council. Write your invoice number on the back of the cheque and send it to:

Contact the Leasehold services for help and advice about paying service charges and for help with major repair and improvement costs.
