Street naming and numbering fees.
From 1 April 2026 our street naming and numbering fees will be changing.

Example
The fee for a block containing six flats would be the basic fee, including first unit, plus the fee for five additional units.
Essential numbering / renumbering of a property or site where the developer / owner has not used, or not applied for official street naming / numbering, will be chargeable.
All fees are exempt from VAT.
