Information about how to access information from non-public registers.

Access to CON29 information

Arrangements for the visual inspection of the local land charges register can be made via the local land charges register.

Please note: Visual inspection covers access to the local land charges register only and not to other statutory or non-statutory registers.

Information from non-public registers can be purchased from the local land charges team (details below). All requests should be made on our Access 29 order form obtained by contacting us or by clicking on the link below and downloading the form. They can either be sent to us as a hardcopy or email (details below). Payment can be made by cheque payable to Croydon Council or we can now take payment by credit or debit card over the phone.

Information to enable you to answer all the standard Con29R (required) enquiries are available at a cost of £92.40.

Non-statutory information is available at a cost of £48; it is not available on a per question basis.

Statutory/public information is available at a per question rate.
