Book GP appointments online

Find out how you can book appointments with your GP online.

If you do not currently have your prescriptions collected or delivered

You can arrange this by:

  • asking someone who can pick up your prescription from the local pharmacy
  • contacting your pharmacy to ask them to help you find a volunteer (who will have been ID checked) or deliver it to you. You can check your local pharmacy here
  • arranging for collection or delivery of hospital specialist medication please contact your hospital care team

How to book appointments with your GP online

The patient online service, is part of a new NHS England programme, enabling GP practices, to provide online services to patients. The purpose of this programme is provide patients with more choice and control in how they access GP services.  

You can book routine GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions, and view your health records online.

Patients will need to show some photo ID and proof of address before their practice can provide a user name and password.
