1. Nomination papers for the Borough Election may be obtained from the office of the Returning Officer, Room 2.15, 2nd floor, Croydon Town Hall, Katharine Street, Croydon, CR9 1DE on working days between the hours of 9.30am and 4.00pm.

2. Completed nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Room 2.15, 2nd floor, Croydon Town Hall, Katharine Street, Croydon, CR9 1DE on working days between the hours of 9.30am and 4.00pm, from the date of this notice but by no later than 4 pm on Thursday 7th April 2016.

3. If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday 5th May 2016.

4. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, Croydon Town Hall, Katharine Street, Croydon, CR9 1DE by no later than Monday 18 April 2016.

5. Applications to vote by post or to change existing postal or proxy voting arrangements must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, Croydon Town Hall, Katharine Street, Croydon, CR9 1DE by no later than 5pm on Tuesday 19 April 2016.

6. New applications to vote by proxy must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, 2nd floor, Croydon Town Hall, Katharine Street, Croydon, CR9 1DE by no later than 5pm on Tuesday 26 April 2016.

7. Applications to vote by proxy at this election applied for on grounds of either physical incapacity or absence in relation to occupation, employment or service occurring after 5pm on Tuesday 26th April 2016, must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, Croydon Town Hall, Katharine Street, Croydon, CR9 1DE by 5pm on Thursday 5th May 2016.
