Croydon Youth Justice Service’s Youth Justice Plan sets out priorities for the Youth Justice Service and partners. The plan was developed with all key stakeholders, but most importantly it has been shaped by the voices of children and their families.
The plan outlines the current delivery structure of the service, and challenges posed using:
- key performance Indicators
- self-assessments
- auditing activities to measure outcomes
It reflects on the achievements and areas of improvement observed in the year 2022 to 2023, and presents the objectives for the coming year. The plan is linked to the Mayor’s Business Plan objective, ‘Children in Croydon have the chance to thrive, learn and fulfil their potential'.
