Manage your business rates in My Account
You can check your balance, instalments, payments and view bills online 24 hours a day.
Since December 2021, the way you manage your business rates online has changed and you need to re-register.
What you need to register
- your business name as it appears on your bill
- your business rates account number (this can be found on your bill)
- the post code for the property
Benefits of using My account
By signing up to manage your business rates account you can:
- check your balance, payments and instalments due
- view your bill
- switch to paperless billing
- make a payment
- update your contact details
- sign up for a direct debit
Already registered?
You must have already re-registered for business rates in My Account since 9 December 2021.
If you miss a payment, we will start the business rates recovery process which may results in court action or a fine.
