Since December 2021, the way you manage your business rates online has changed and you need to re-register.

What you need to register

  • your business name as it appears on your bill
  • your business rates account number (this can be found on your bill)
  • the post code for the property

  • check your balance, payments and instalments due
  • view your bill 
  • switch to paperless billing
  • make a payment
  • update your contact details
  • sign up for a direct debit

Already registered?

You must have already re-registered for business rates in My Account since 9 December 2021.
