What to do if you have not logged in since

If you previously had an online My Account and re-registered for an online benefits account after December 2021
You will need to use your old My Account login details, which were an email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, do not worry, you can follow the reset password process. You will then need to register to use additional benefit services to access your online benefits account.
If you were a new customer who registered for an online benefits account after December 2021
As the sign in process has been updated, you will need to register for a Croydon My Account and then you will need to register to use additional benefit services to access your online benefits account.
To link your benefits claim, you will need:
- your first and last name as they appear on your benefit letter
- your national insurance number
- an email address
- your date of birth
- current benefit claim reference
Benefits of using My Account
By signing up for your housing benefit or council tax support account, you can:
- view your benefit entitlement letters online
- update your contact details
- switch to paperless notifications, once registered you will no longer receive entitlement letters by post
- get email notifications when new entitlement letters are ready
