Penalty Charge Notices

Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) are issued when motorists break traffic or parking regulations.

PCNs may be given out by the council's civil enforcement officers and are placed on the vehicles.

Contraventions may also be recorded by a camera operator. When this happens, the PCN is sent by post to the registered owner of the vehicle and also acts as the Notice To Owner/Enforcement Notice.

Will my car be clamped or taken to a car pound?

If your vehicle is issued with a PCN for a parking contravention, it may also be wheel clamped or removed to our car pound at Stubbs Mead.

Please note that additional fees will apply.
