Tenders and contracts
Croydon has made a commitment to becoming an expert commissioner of services.
How to tender for Council services and supplies.
The London Borough of Croydon regularly updates all tender opportunities on this site. This includes procurements above and below the EU thresholds. For a list of the council's current contracts and procurement plan for the next 5 years, please view our 'current list of contracts' page.
As you know we now use the London Tenders Portal for all our tenders, we ask that potential providers keep their contact details on the e-tendering portal up to date or they will be unable to receive communications from LBC. It is recommended that your organisation registers on the Portal using a generic email address. If your organisation has not previously registered on the London Tenders Portal, it is advised that your organisation registers not less than 10-days prior to the submission deadline.

The documents listed are for guidance and information only. They give suppliers an insight into how the Council procures, the rules and procedures it has to follow and some of the policies that it promotes through its procurement process.
The community right to challenge aims to make it easier for local groups to bid to run council services.
