Personal licence
If you are responsible for the sale or supply of alcohol in a licensed premises and you live in the Borough of Croydon you must apply for a personal licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
How to apply for a licence
Download the application pack. Send the completed form together with the relevant fee to the address below. Cheques should be made payable to Croydon Council (see licence and registration fees page).
A copy of the completed form must be sent to the licensing police.
The licence is valid for 10 years from the date of issue.
