Club premises certificate
Members clubs, like sports and social clubs, where alcohol or entertainment are provided require a club premises certificate.
Personal licence
The person responsible for the sale or supply alcoholic beverages at a licenced premise must have a personal licence.
Premises licence
Premises selling or supplying alcohol, providing entertainment such as music, dancing, films, plays or indoor sports or providing hot food and/or drink between 11pm and 5am require a premises licence.
Temporary events notice (TEN)
Premises that sell or supply alcohol, provide entertainment or provide hot food and/or drink between 11pm and 5am on an occasional basis or for a one-off event may require a TEN.
