Croydon’s Warm Spaces will also support residents by allowing them to meet and spend time with other members of the community, as we understand that this time of year can be challenging for those who aren’t able to spend the winter period with family and loved ones.
Each Warm Space is slightly different. In addition to helping people to keep warm this winter; some locations may also be offering free hot food, drinks, Wi-Fi and device charging. If you would like to access a Warm Space, please use the link below to get started.

If your organisation is providing a Warm Space, or planning to provide this in the future, and would like us to share information about it on the council website, please complete our Warm Space sign-up form
Croydon Voluntary Action Warm Space directory
Croydon Voluntary Action (CVA), an organisation that supports local voluntary and community groups, are also sharing a list of Warm Spaces on the Simply Connect Croydon website. If you would like details of your Warm Space added to the site, please complete the Simply Connect registration form.
Books and puzzles for loan
Croydon's libraries may be able to loan resources such as books and puzzles to organisations providing Warm Spaces, email croydoncentrallibrary@croydon.gov.uk to find out more.

Croydon Healthy Homes is our free energy advice service for our residents on low incomes, and those more vulnerable to the effects of living in a cold home including:
- families with young children
- older residents
- residents with pre-existing medical conditions
