Anti-social behaviour can be broadly defined as behaviour which is capable of causing harassment, distress or alarm to other people, including noise nuisance from a neighbour, graffiti and damage to property.
How we are working to keep Croydon safe
Public Space Protection Orders (PSPO) were created by the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, (section 59) to replace existing legislation and to introduce wider discretionary powers to deal with any particular nuisance or problem that is detrimental to the local community’s quality of life.
