The primary purpose of this assessment is to determine whether there is likely to be sufficient land/premises to meet predicted demand for employment use (industrial/warehousing land) or whether it is more likely that either an undersupply or a surplus will occur.

This report evaluates the trends, issues and hierarchy of Croydon town centres, local and district centres, shopping parades and Purley Retail Park. It also looks at the market share and expenditure of the borough as a whole and for individual centres.
