Visiting Croydon Libraries

All our libraries are now open with revised opening times for visitors to browse at their leisure, pre-book computers and study areas, and enjoy the spaces.

Visit our Find your library page and select library you are interested in for details about days and times.

With Covid-19 infection levels continuing to rise locally and nationally, library users are asked to continue to scan the QR code for the NHS app to check in on entry and to wear a face covering while inside to help keep everyone as safe as possible.

Free family activities such as the popular Rhymetimes and Storytimes will also be making a return as we plan to gradually reintroduce them over the summer, with info as it becomes available here. Meanwhile the Summer Reading Challenge 2021 is already well underway – young readers can visit libraries to sign up now and collect their free posters and stickers.
