Housing advice for people aged between 16 and 21
If you are between 16 and 21 you should contact CAYSH's housing advice team at the Turnaround Centre, a service exclusively for young people. As well as being able to give help and advice on your housing situation they can help with other matters such as:
- careers advice
- personal development
- drug and alcohol counselling
- family mediation
- health and wellbeing
- independent living skills
- money management
- benefits advice
- emotional support.
You can visit them in the drop-in zone at the centre. They are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10am-5pm, and on Wednesday between 1pm and 5pm.
Alternatively you can contact the London Youth Gateway
Are you 16 to 25 and homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless? If so London Youth Gateway can help you find a safe place to stay, resolve money issues, get counselling, sort out problems with your family, get LGBT+ specific support or find a job, apprenticeship or course, and much more.
