If you can say yes to any of the above questions then attending one of our free training courses may be for you.
If you are a council tenant or leaseholder who is interested in improving your community through one of our many resident involvement schemes, our courses can help you to develop the skills and knowledge to confidently carry out any role you choose, and ensure your involvement is both rewarding and fun. And it's a chance to meet other residents too.
We offer a range of training courses covering a wide variety of topics to suit most levels - from informal two-hour sessions through to longer, nationally-recognised or accredited courses.
We can also provide advice, training and support if you want to learn basic IT skills, or need some help with getting back into work. If you, or someone you know, needs help to get online find out more about Digital Zones.
Courses are free to council tenants and leaseholders. Reasonable transport and care costs to support you in attending a course will be covered, on submission of a claim form and valid receipts.
