Resident involvement database Prize Draw terms and conditions

  • Employees or agencies of Croydon Council (“CC”) their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw. 
  • Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. 
  • The closing time for entry to the prize draw is midnight, Friday 28 June 2019. Entries received after this time will not be accepted. 
  • The Prize Draw is only open to:
    • any current tenant or leaseholder of Croydon Council,
    • any home owner, housing association, or private tenant living on an estate managed by Croydon Council,
    • or family members of any of the above, who are fully registered on Croydon Council’s housing involvement database.
  • Entrants must be 16 years or over. 
  • Only one entry per Croydon resident. Multiple entries will result in disqualification. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted. 
  • CC accepts no responsibility is taken for entries that are incomplete for any technical or other reason. 
  • No purchase necessary. 
  • Winners will be selected at random after the closing date. Croydon Council’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  • Winners will be notified by email (using the details provided at entry). 
  • If CC cannot contact the winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within a reasonable period of time (to be established at CC’s sole discretion) CC reserves the right to re-draw a winner and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.
  • CC accepts no responsibility for the Prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post. 
  • By entering any of CC online prize draws and competitions you agree to having your name, details and photo published online or in print publications. 
  • CC accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the event). 
  • If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and CC shall be entitled to select another winner. 
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. 
  • CC retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available. 
  • CC accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.
