New repairs and gas servicing contract - have your say

Croydon is choosing a new contractor to provide our responsive repairs and gas servicing from April 2023.

In June, we invited residents to scrutinise proposals for the procurement of a new and improved housing repairs service and have been finding out what’s important to residents through surveys, roadshows, and focus groups. 

We used what residents have told us is important, to produce a draft set of customer service standards. We want your feedback on these standards – created by residents – and to tell us if you think something is missing.

Get involved

Tenants and leaseholders across the borough, especially those from diverse backgrounds, are invited to get involved to help us:

  • review tender documents received from prospective contractors
  • evaluate how well they meet the service standards - set by residents
  • monitor the contract once in place. 

There are many ways to get involved, from simple surveys to face to face or online meetings, depending on the time you have available.
