How we will help
It is important we fully understand the problem in your home so we know what changes or repairs are needed.
Normally, we will start by washing away the mould with specialist treatment. To solve the problem, we may fit different types of fans or make repairs to part of your property or block.
Keeping an eye out for damp
When we visit anyone to talk about damp, we bring along a hygrometer. A hygrometer is a small device you can place anywhere in your home to show the current moisture levels, temperature and if there’s a risk of mould forming. We’ll explain how to use the hygrometer in detail when we visit, as well as what to do if moisture levels are high.
