Report a repair on line
You will first need to create an online account with us.
You should log into My Account and then enter "Housing Repairs" in the search box.
For emergency repairs please phone 020 8726 6101.
Will I get an appointment if I report a repair online?
You will be able to tell us which days and times are convenient for you and we will contact you to arrange a convenient time to do the repair. Please note we will contact you within two working days to arrange your repair appointment.
Repair appointments are:
Monday to Friday
- 8am - 10am
- 10am - 12pm
- 12pm - 2pm
- 2pm - 4pm
- 4pm - 6pm
We will send you a text reminder before we come to remind you of your appointment! All we ask is that you let us know if you're not going to be there so that we can rearrange the appointment.
Specialist repairs, such as to lifts, will continue to be arranged for either 8am to 1pm or 12pm to 5pm.
Appointment slots do not apply to emergency repairs or jobs that are considered urgent - these will be attended to within two and 24 hours.
Will you need to visit before doing the repair?
Only if measurement of the work is needed or it is not straightforward. Please give us as much accurate information as possible.
Will I be charged for a repair?
If damage arises from your neglect, for example, if you lose your house keys and require access, or if you deliberately break fixtures or fittings then we may charge you for the repair. We rely on you to prevent repairs, for example by keeping gullies and drains in and around your home free from blockages.
When will the repair be done?
We have agreed with residents how quickly a repair should be done. This is known as the 'Priority' and depends on how urgent the work is.
