Housing advice
Contact citizens advice bureau for housing advice on 0300 330 9095 or at www.citizensadvicecroydon.info. You can also get information from the national Citizens Advice service.
Shelter
Shelter provides independent housing advice, and is available to chat online and has an urgent helpline.
Shelter's coronavirus advice covers:
- eviction
- rent payment problems
- mortgage arrears and repossession
- income and benefits
- landlord access to your home
- moving out
Young people
If you are aged between 14 and 21, contact the Turnarond Centre on 020 8760 5530. Do not visit the office - it is closed.
Domestic violence or sexual abuse
The Family Justice Centre (FJC) remains open for appointments and walk-ins. Please call 020 8688 0100 before visiting.
