Croydon children and families partnership is a partnership of all those that work with children in the borough - those working in education, health, social care, the police and the voluntary sector. We are working together to improve the lives of all children in Croydon through the achievement of the five Every Child Matters outcomes:
- be healthy
- stay safe
- enjoy and achieve
- make a positive contribution
- achieve economic well-being.
Our vision is that:
All children, young people and families that live, work or play in Croydon will realise their full potential and enjoy equality of opportunity - personal, social, environmental and economic.
The children and families partnership works in partnership with the Croydon local strategic partnership. Its board brings together senior representatives from the organisations that work with children and young people in Croydon to set the strategic direction for the services for children and young people.
The 2013-2014 priorities for the children and families partnership are set out in its children and young people's plan which can be downloaded below.
In 2012-2013 we undertook a detailed needs analysis which informed our priorities for 2013-14, this can also be downloaded below.
